Requirements
- •Proven leadership experience as a CEO, GM, or senior executive in a B2B SaaS HR Tech company, ideally product-led (PLG)
- •Strong operational and commercial background with experience growing a product and a team
- •Marketing and product as core strengths with demonstrated ability to grow a SaaS product's user base and revenue
- •Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L responsibility
- •Experience leading organizational transformation through process improvements and operational standardization
- •Skilled at hiring, developing, and retaining top performers, mentoring future leaders, and creating succession pipelines
- •Strong people leadership skills including goal setting, accountability, and nurturing a culture of excellence
- •Comfort managing more than one brand or business line at once
- •Fluent German speaker with strong English; international experience or ambition is a plus
- •Visionary mindset with ability to communicate a compelling long-term direction
- •Excellent communication and influencing skills
- •AI literacy and application: actively use AI tools to enhance productivity and work quality
What You'll Do
- •Own growth for a product-led (PLG) SaaS business: sharpen the product, drive acquisition and activation, and build a scalable go-to-market engine focusing on marketing and product
- •Drive operational excellence: build budgets, track KPIs, optimize ROI, and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and scalability
- •Build, coach, and retain a high-performing leadership team; create succession plans and ensure organizational resilience
- •Foster innovation by identifying disruptive trends (including AI), experimenting with new business models, and making data-driven bets
- •Champion a strong culture: set high performance standards, encourage collaboration, ensure alignment with company values, and embed diversity and inclusion
- •Manage multiple small, complementary brands as the portfolio grows
