Requirements
- •4+ years of hands-on IT support or IT operations experience, ideally in a startup, scale-up, or remote-first environment
- •Real admin-level experience with SaaS tools such as Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, or similar
- •A genuine bias toward automation to eliminate repetitive processes
- •Basic scripting ability in any language
- •Familiarity with APIs and webhooks to connect tools together
- •Experience with AI tools in practical workflow application
- •Clear, friendly, async-first communication skills
- •Comfort operating solo with high autonomy
What You'll Do
- •Resolve IT support requests from distributed team members quickly, clearly, and empathetically
- •Administer core tools at an admin level: Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Asana, Trelica, and others
- •Own the full employee lifecycle from an IT perspective, including provisioning, access management, and offboarding
- •Proactively identify processes that can be automated and implement those solutions yourself or in collaboration with the platform team
- •Manage vendor relationships and software renewals
- •Document what you build to avoid dependency on tribal knowledge
- •Standardize and automate new joiner device provisioning and Mobile Device Management (MDM) enrollment to ensure immediate security compliance and accurate asset tracking
