Requirements
- •Experience leading product and/or engineering at a highly technical company at a 25+ person org or larger
- •Hands-on depth in web scraping, proxies, or closely adjacent infrastructure
- •Track record with AI/ML in product capability and engineering team processes
- •Experience owning product vision and technical architecture together
- •Comfort operating at board level and communicating with CEO
What You'll Do
- •Own end-to-end product and technology strategy across scraping infrastructure, proxy networks, and structured data API products
- •Lead, scale, and develop a 25+ person product and engineering organisation across multiple countries and time zones
- •Set technical architecture direction for high-scale, high-reliability infrastructure including proxy management, anti-bot evasion, and large-scale scraping systems
- •Drive AI and modern ML tooling into the product and team processes
- •Define and execute one product roadmap across merged product lines
- •Represent product and technology to the board and align product direction with business strategy
- •Stay close to code and infrastructure to troubleshoot, fix, or challenge technical decisions
