    Requirements

    • Minimum of 3 years experience as an Account Executive selling into HR, People, Talent or Learning & Development functions
    • Proven track record of consistently delivering high levels of success in B2B complex sales
    • Experience selling to US or UK markets
    • Natural ability to build and maintain rapport with a diverse range of stakeholders
    • Obsession with building end-to-end sales systems and processes that fuel sustainable revenue growth
    • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed KPIs
    • Fluent and articulate in English, both verbal and written

    What You'll Do

    • Find, meet, negotiate, and close new clients
    • Take ownership of the entire sales cycle from outbound prospecting to contract negotiation and closing
