Requirements
- •Minimum of 3 years experience as an Account Executive selling into HR, People, Talent or Learning & Development functions
- •Proven track record of consistently delivering high levels of success in B2B complex sales
- •Experience selling to US or UK markets
- •Natural ability to build and maintain rapport with a diverse range of stakeholders
- •Obsession with building end-to-end sales systems and processes that fuel sustainable revenue growth
- •Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed KPIs
- •Fluent and articulate in English, both verbal and written
What You'll Do
- •Find, meet, negotiate, and close new clients
- •Take ownership of the entire sales cycle from outbound prospecting to contract negotiation and closing
