Requirements
- •Coaching Credential equivalent to the ACC with the International Coach Federation
- •3+ years of professional coaching experience after completing training, including work with corporate clients
- •10+ years of professional experience
What You'll Do
- •Provide professional coaching to clients
- •Build trust and rapport with coachees
- •Conduct coaching sessions focusing on active listening, powerful questions, forward learning, action, reflection, next steps, and accountability
Nice to Have
- •Ability to coach in Spanish, French, or Portuguese in North America
