Requirements
- •8+ years of experience in web engineering, with 1–3+ years in a leadership or team lead role
- •Strong technical background in modern web development (frontend or full-stack)

What You'll Do
- •Lead and develop the web team: manage and mentor a team of 2+ engineers, foster a high-performing culture, and ensure strong execution across projects
- •Own the web roadmap: define priorities, scope projects, and drive delivery aligned with company growth goals
- •Transform web into a product: shift the team from reactive support to proactive opportunity identification and innovation
- •Drive AI-native web experiences: leverage Sanity’s platform and emerging AI tools to build scalable, personalized, and dynamic web experiences
- •Partner cross-functionally: work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to deliver cohesive and impactful initiatives
- •Lead experimentation and optimization: run A/B tests, iterate on user journeys, and continuously improve conversion and engagement
- •Own web performance and metrics: be accountable for key KPIs such as conversion rates, engagement, and traffic quality, and build systems to track and optimize them
- •Balance leadership and hands-on work: contribute technically where needed while guiding the team and ensuring delivery
