Requirements
- •2+ years in project management, operations, or production coordination role
- •Agency experience is a strong advantage

- •Comfortable managing multiple accounts and stakeholders simultaneously
What You'll Do
- •Coordinate end-to-end UGC process across assigned accounts
- •Manage shoot logistics and production timelines
- •Be briefed on each account and confirm campaign timelines
- •Maintain accurate, real-time content schedules
- •Keep Account Managers proactively updated and flag risks early
- •Maintain strong relationships with creators and influencers
- •Review assets for quality control before reaching Account Managers
- •Attend AM briefing and internal kick-off calls
- •Attend campaign kickoffs and commercial briefings
- •Send out UGC briefs and run chasers on live UGC
- •Coordinate logistics with production team and attend pre-production meetings
- •Send weekly overview to Account Managers
