Requirements
- •2+ years of video editing experience, preferably within eCommerce, marketing, or agency environments
- •Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
- •Strong working knowledge of After Effects
- •Experience creating content for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
- •Understanding of direct-response advertising and performance creative principles
- •Strong skills in Motion Graphics, Captions & Subtitles, Transitions, Sound Design, Colour Correction & Grading, Creative Storytelling
- •Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- •Strong communication skills and fluent written/spoken English
- •Takes ownership and accountability for outcomes

What You'll Do
- •Edit high-quality video content that aligns with each brand's identity, tone of voice, and objectives
- •Produce a variety of creative formats including UGC Advertisements, Founder-Led Content, Product Demonstrations, Motion Graphic Ads, Performance Marketing Creatives, Social Media Content
- •Optimise creative assets for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging social platforms
- •Apply best practices for pacing, retention, hooks, storytelling, and conversion-focused editing
- •Collaborate closely with Creative Strategists, Account Managers, Designers, and Clients
- •Implement client and internal feedback efficiently and accurately
- •Organise project files and maintain production workflows
- •Stay up-to-date with social media trends, editing techniques, and platform developments
- •Continuously look for ways to improve creative performance and production efficiency
