Requirements
- •Minimum of 3+ years of relevant pre-sales experience
- •Familiarity with SDLC tooling including VCS/SCMs (git, svn), build tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, AzureDevOps), package managers (Maven, Gradle, Nuget, NPM), artifact repositories (Nexus), continuous delivery technologies, container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- •Great interpersonal and customer-facing skills
- •U.S. Citizenship is required
- •Prefer residents in the DC area
- •Experience with Federal Government clients preferred
What You'll Do
- •Take a consultative approach to understand customer software development practices and identify improvement opportunities with Sonatype solutions
- •Provide technical recommendations to improve Software Supply Chain and DevSecOps practices using Sonatype solutions
- •Deliver software demonstrations, customer proof-of-value engagements, and reference architectures
- •Educate sales colleagues on relevant product knowledge
- •Assist in completing RFP/RFIs with sales teams and technical resources
- •Work closely with sales and technical colleagues to achieve sales quota
- •Communicate customer product feedback to product management
- •Attend and present at meetups and trade shows to build presence and awareness
- •Become a trusted DevSecOps technical advisor to customers and community
- •Keep updated on latest trends in SDLC tooling landscape
