Requirements
- •4+ years of professional software development experience
- •Strong experience with Java and at least one major cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- •Comfortable working in distributed systems including APIs, databases, queues, and handling failure modes
- •Familiarity or strong interest in DevSecOps and supply chain security concepts like SBOMs, SCA, vulnerability management, dependency hygiene, and artifact/package ecosystems
- •Experience with multi-step, long-running agent workflows and multi-agent orchestration
- •Verification-first mindset with experience writing and maintaining evals, test harnesses, and review workflows
- •Product engineering mindset focused on customer outcomes
What You'll Do
- •Design and implement scalable, high-performance features across the stack by driving long-running, multi-agent development workflows end-to-end
- •Take features from ambiguous requirements through design, implementation, rollout, and on-call operability
- •Spend time on direction, review, evals, and testing rather than line-by-line coding
- •Contribute to internal playbooks, tooling, and rituals for how engineers work with agents
- •Write and ship clean, well-tested, observable code applying software supply chain security best practices
- •Partner with Product, UX, and fellow engineers to translate customer needs into shippable solutions and mentor earlier-career engineers
Nice to Have
- •Experience with agentic tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor background agents or equivalents
- •Experience with MCP tools, custom prompts/skills, shared context, and eval loops
