Requirements
- •At least 4 years experience in pre-Sales Engineering or Solutions Engineering with a technical product
- •Experience selling Enterprise software solutions and familiarity with Enterprise process selling motions
- •Curiosity to understand customer problems and motivations
- •Well versed in back end infrastructure architecture
- •Technically inclined with propensity to code
- •Experience writing code in JavaScript, Python, Java, or Go
- •Problem solver who loves to troubleshoot
- •Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical presentations and product demonstrations
- •Working knowledge of end-to-end software development lifecycle and concepts like continuous integration and deployment
- •Ability to speak fluently with developer champions and users
- •Strategic mindset to identify opportunities and apply appropriate solutions
- •Enjoy building tools, templates, and technical enablement collateral
- •Organized approach to work with ability to manage concurrent opportunities and make prioritization decisions

What You'll Do
- •Learn about products, value propositions, customers, team, and processes
- •Build trusting relationships with Sales, Field Engineering, Post-sales Customer Success and Support teams
- •Join customer and prospect calls to understand needs and communicate value
- •Get demo certified
- •Take ownership of prospective relationships partnering with Account Executives
- •Lead early-stage conversations with prospective customers and delve into technical needs
- •Advocate for customers by bringing insights and feedback to internal teams
- •Identify opportunities to propose and deliver solutions
- •Participate in Solutions Engineer-led projects to mature capabilities and impact business and customers
- •Establish as a thought leader and evangelist by teaching prospective customers
- •Mentor, recruit and train teammates, prospects, and new hires
