    Requirements

    • 7+ years of professional experience with a core focus in sales and post-sales strategy and planning, including people management
    • Experience designing and building automated GTM workflows across top-of-funnel, sales execution, and post-sale
    • Experience building data-driven customer health and expansion scoring models
    • Strong data-driven decision making skills with ability to analyze CRM and product data
    • Experience owning or building pipeline and forecasting infrastructure
    • Ability to operate independently and cross-functionally
    • Knowledge of MEDDPICC or structured sales methodology
    • Proactive ownership and problem-solving mindset
    • Fluency with AI tools and applying them to improve GTM processes

    What You'll Do

    • Own the full Revenue Operations surface including annual planning, headcount modeling, comp design, territory design, and weekly forecast
    • Facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
    • Own board and executive reporting
    • Build GTM automation across the full customer lifecycle including account prioritization, top-of-funnel execution, customer health scoring, and expansion signals
    • Design and build infrastructure, automation, and data workflows for GTM transformation
    • Lead and develop direct reports, setting clear direction and accountability
    • Translate CRM and product data into analysis to drive GTM decisions
    • Build forecasting cadences, pipeline health reporting, and sales performance dashboards
    • Operate cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success
