Requirements
- •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
- •Experience in a technical, customer-facing role with knowledge of software development lifecycle and AI coding landscape
- •Strong scripting abilities across various languages and frameworks
- •Experience with large-scale migrations, code modernizations, refactors, or platform upgrades
- •Experience delivering technical solutions to customers or internal stakeholders
- •Ability to identify issues, opportunities, and solutions strategically
- •Ability to collaborate and communicate with diverse stakeholders
- •Experience providing technical training to customers
- •Organized approach to manage multiple customer engagements concurrently
- •Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- •Experience with various application environments including on-premise and cloud-native architectures
- •Working hours overlap with 8am-4pm PT for at least 10 hours per week
What You'll Do
- •Build trusting relationships with Field Engineering, Software Engineering, and account teams
- •Learn about product, value proposition, customers, teams, and processes
- •Understand customer use cases and advanced implementations of Sourcegraph technology
- •Join customer and prospect calls to understand technical challenges and needs
- •Work with Sales and CSM to lead customers to success by troubleshooting and designing solutions
- •Educate and enable technical admins on configuration and maintenance
- •Optimize internal customer success metrics
- •Collaborate with Product and Engineering to drive product improvements
- •Work with Sales and CSM to improve customer experience
- •Create content with Marketing based on customer experience
- •Iterate on processes, templates, and tools to better service customers
- •Become a trusted advisor and expert on Sourcegraph products
- •Design and implement efficient solutions to advanced customer problems
Nice to Have
- •Experience deploying, managing, or optimizing Large Language Models (LLMs) in production
