    Requirements

    • Customer-facing experience (CSM, account management, account coordination, technical support, solutions consulting, or similar)
    • Prior experience in a technical SaaS environment
    • Comfort presenting to customers or technical audiences

    What You'll Do

    • Manage a book of 20-30 enterprise and commercial accounts
    • Drive adoption of products and features
    • Surface risk and opportunity in customer accounts
    • Run internal business reviews and customer-facing QBRs
    • Serve as the voice of customers internally
    • Build relationships with team and cross-functional partners
    • Learn product, value proposition, customers, and internal processes
    • Shadow customer calls
    • Take over accounts and establish as trusted point of contact
    • Own regular cadences with customers
    • Identify customers needing support or trending toward risk
    • Lead product trainings and demos independently
    • Partner with Named AEs on renewals and expansions

    Nice to Have

    • Background in developer tooling, observability, infrastructure, or adjacent technical products
    • Experience working with a large, varied book of business
    • CS, engineering, or technical undergraduate background
