Requirements
- •Customer-facing experience (CSM, account management, account coordination, technical support, solutions consulting, or similar)
- •Prior experience in a technical SaaS environment
- •Comfort presenting to customers or technical audiences
What You'll Do
- •Manage a book of 20-30 enterprise and commercial accounts
- •Drive adoption of products and features
- •Surface risk and opportunity in customer accounts
- •Run internal business reviews and customer-facing QBRs
- •Serve as the voice of customers internally
- •Build relationships with team and cross-functional partners
- •Learn product, value proposition, customers, and internal processes
- •Shadow customer calls
- •Take over accounts and establish as trusted point of contact
- •Own regular cadences with customers
- •Identify customers needing support or trending toward risk
- •Lead product trainings and demos independently
- •Partner with Named AEs on renewals and expansions
Nice to Have
- •Background in developer tooling, observability, infrastructure, or adjacent technical products
- •Experience working with a large, varied book of business
- •CS, engineering, or technical undergraduate background
