    What You'll Do

    • Design and harden multi-step, tool-using agent loops for agentic experiences
    • Craft and apply evaluations to measure product improvements
    • Select, upgrade, and train models for production use
    • Engineer retrieval and context to ground models in customer code
    • Manage cost and latency as product features, optimizing models for efficiency
    • Own agentic product slices end-to-end from problem framing to rollout and measurement
    • Establish responsible shipping practices for model and prompt changes
    • Mentor and up-level teammates in agent engineering
    • Set technical direction and standards for agent engineering and agentic systems
    • Collaborate with customers and translate feedback into product requirements

    Nice to Have

    • Experience shipping LLM-powered or agentic developer-facing products
    • Experience building evaluation systems for LLM or ML products
    • Experience fine-tuning, distilling, or training models to meet cost, latency, or quality targets
    • Experience with retrieval, ranking, embeddings, or search relevance
    • Experience working directly with enterprise customers
    • Experience mentoring engineers and raising team agent engineering fluency
