Requirements
- •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- •2–3 years of experience in payments, financial operations, or fintech/e-commerce environments.
- •Fluency in English
- •Solid understanding of payment systems, funds flows, and reconciliation processes.
- •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams and with external partners.
- •Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
What You'll Do
- •Support end-to-end payment processes, including deposits, withdrawals, refunds, reconciliations, and customer queries.
- •Collaborate with local payment providers and banks to ensure timely resolution of transaction-related issues.
- •Monitor transactions in real time to detect, investigate, and escalate suspicious or fraudulent activity.
- •Assist in analyzing customer payment behavior and trends to recommend improvements in payment flows and methods.
- •Contribute to operational enhancements by documenting workflows, SOPs, and process improvements.
- •Support the integration and testing of new payment technologies and solutions.
- •Ensure all payment operations comply with relevant regulations and internal policies.
- •Provide timely support during system downtimes or payment-related incidents to minimize customer impact.
