Requirements
- •Experience making data-driven product decisions through user research and experimentation
- •Demonstrable evidence of iterating and improving products based on feedback and performance data
- •Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
- •Ability to influence within a fast-paced and distributed environment
- •Ability to lead cross-functional planning and problem solving with engineering and design teams

What You'll Do
- •Aligning product development goals and initiatives to company OKRs
- •Evaluating new opportunities to ensure that what gets developed and delivered to customers is the right product, usable and desirable
- •Directing customer research and analysis initiatives to understand customer needs, pain points, and behaviors
- •Creating compelling business cases for product recommendations
- •Growing and maintaining understanding of competitive landscape through research and analysis
- •Keeping abreast of policies, regulatory changes, market trends, competitors, and industry developments
- •Defining and communicating the product roadmap with clear vision and strategy
- •Engaging engineering and design teams in understanding and contributing to customer and business problems
- •Prioritising product backlog for engineering teams
- •Collaborating with engineering teams to translate product opportunities into clear, specific, and measurable requirements
- •Maintaining understanding of technology and engineering process to ensure final product meets needs before release
- •Building and maintaining strong relationships with Delivery Managers, Tech Leads and Product Managers to coordinate dependencies
- •Collaborating with marketing team to develop go-to-market plans and product positioning
- •Identifying target customer segments and supporting marketing messaging
- •Defining and tracking key metrics to measure product performance and success
- •Monitoring and analyzing product and customer feedback and making adjustments
- •Providing training and mentorship to team members
