Requirements
- •Fluency in written and spoken English
- •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or related field
- •Advanced knowledge of global payment systems, region-specific rules and regulations
- •Proven experience in fraud, risk, KYC, investigation, and risk management
- •Expert experience managing, leading, and building a wider team
- •Strong analytical and decision-making skills using data and metrics to drive improvements
- •Experience owning and solving complex payment issues
- •Understanding of Compliance and Risk Awareness
What You'll Do
- •Define, own, and manage core payment operations and KPIs such as payment acceptance rates, payment performance, conversion, compliance, and cost
- •Oversee development and implementation of fraud prevention and risk management strategies, policies, and procedures
- •Continuously analyze market trends in the payment space to improve customer experience
- •Monitor business and process metrics to identify solutions and deliver improvements
- •Oversee investigations of suspected fraudulent activities with thorough analysis
- •Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product and engineering to solve challenges and enhance customer experience
- •Recruit, manage, lead, and motivate a team of payment professionals
- •Assess and manage changing payment landscapes and industry trends, staying current on regulations and systems
- •Establish and revise policy, enforce compliance directives, review system enhancements, and assess operational needs
- •Ensure timely resolution of end user issues
- •Manage, recruit, and train payment specialists across different geographies
- •Act as primary point of contact with network partners to resolve production issues
