Requirements
- •6+ years in analytics with meaningful time directly supporting Sales, Customer Success, or GTM Ops
- •Experience building data models and BI layers from scratch
- •Comfortable working with CRM, product usage, and billing data and connecting them coherently
- •Experience in a PLG or usage-based business and understanding of self-serve signals translating into sales motion
- •Ability to build tools for self-service and scale to reduce dependency
- •Ability to hold both technical and strategic context simultaneously
- •Habitual use of LLMs and AI tooling with a clear point of view on their impact
- •Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- •Thrives in async, autonomous environments and enjoys building from the ground up
What You'll Do
- •Build and own the canonical data products that Sales, CS, and GTM Ops rely on including ARR, pipeline, account health, expansion signals, and renewal tracking
- •Define and document GTM metric standards for consistent organizational definitions
- •Build and maintain underlying data models powering GTM reporting and analysis
- •Serve as the dedicated analytical resource for Sales, Customer Success, and GTM Ops leadership
- •Translate business questions into clean analytical specs and deliver decision-ready findings
- •Build self-service tools and context layers enabling GTM teams to answer their own questions
- •Own the GTM analytics function end-to-end, from data model to business strategy
- •Connect CRM, product usage, and billing data to provide a complete customer picture
- •Identify and resolve gaps and inconsistencies across systems cross-functionally
- •Use AI tools to accelerate analysis and increase output
- •Establish AI-forward ways of working within the Data Intelligence team and broader GTM org
