Requirements
- •Experience building or operating a solutions partner program at a developer-focused or infrastructure company
- •Commercial acumen including structuring referral agreements, modeling partner economics, negotiating tier benefits
- •Hands-on builder mindset rather than manager-of-managers
- •Operational rigor with ability to run program from dashboards
- •Clear written communication skills for async, remote, global work
What You'll Do
- •Define the solutions partner program including ideal partner profile, tiering structure, commercial model, and value exchange
- •Build the program framework including requirements for entry, certification expectations, benefits, and partner progression
- •Establish legal and commercial frameworks such as partner agreements and referral terms
- •Set up operational backbone in HubSpot including partner objects, attribution, pipeline structure, and reporting
- •Recruit and close the first 10-20 strategic partners
- •Run partner onboarding including enablement, certification, joint GTM planning, and first-deal support
- •Develop partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline motion with sales team
- •Create co-marketing playbook with marketing team including joint content, events, and case studies
- •Hire and lead team to scale the program including partner managers, partner ops, and partner marketing
- •Productize the program with self-serve onboarding, partner portal, and certification at scale
- •Expand program into new geographies and verticals
- •Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue and leading indicators
Nice to Have
- •Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure partner ecosystems and cloud co-sell motions
- •Network of relationships with SIs, agencies, or consultancies in Postgres, Firebase, or modern application stacks
- •Background in Postgres, databases, AI/ML platforms, or application development
- •Experience in high-growth, product-led companies transitioning to partner-led and enterprise GTM
