Requirements
- •Managed product managers before, ideally at the Director level or equivalent
- •8+ years of product management experience on developer tools or infrastructure or equivalent ex-founder background
- •Technical knowledge to understand architecture docs, design discussions, and distributed systems, databases, or cloud platforms
- •Experience shipping products in the Postgres, database, or developer-infrastructure space
What You'll Do
- •Build and develop the Core PM team, including hiring, coaching, and performance management
- •Set the product strategy across Core products
- •Make cross-product prioritization decisions
- •Coach PMs on customer evidence, problem definition, prioritisation, success metrics, and communication
- •Represent Core in leadership meetings and communicate product status and strategy

- •Familiarity with open-source go-to-market strategies
- •Bias toward speed in shipping products
- •Use AI tools to improve productivity
- •Experience working asynchronously in a fully remote environment
