Requirements

•7+ years of product management experience on developer tools or ex-founder with strong product instincts.
•Technical ability to read architecture docs, follow design discussions, and ask relevant questions.
•Experience shipping products where database behavior impacts user experience.
•Familiarity with Postgres ecosystem is a bonus.
•Bias toward speed and shipping imperfect products to learn quickly.
•Use the products on your roadmap actively to develop opinions.
•Use AI tools to accelerate research, drafting, and feedback synthesis.
•Ability to work asynchronously and remotely.

•Talk to developers across the full spectrum to identify blockers and inform prioritisation and scoping.
•Lead Multigres to production adoption by defining success metrics, migration path, and rollout story.
•Own problem definition, requirements, and success metrics for every capability shipped.
•Prioritise across competing surfaces including platform reliability, developer experience, and enterprise requirements.
•Keep engineering, design, and leadership aligned on the roadmap and communicate plans across teams.
