Requirements
- •5+ years of experience in customer marketing, advocacy, or customer success at a B2B SaaS company
- •Experience building a customer advocacy program from scratch
- •Experience owning tech stack decisions for advocacy or customer marketing programs
- •Curiosity about AI and its application to customer advocacy work
- •Track record of creating customer content and reference programs used by Sales
- •Ability to build trust with customers and treat them as partners
- •Strong project management skills
- •Comfortable with tools like Salesforce, Gainsight, G2, and TrustRadius
- •Clear communication skills in writing, speaking, and presenting
- •Ability to connect activities to business outcomes
What You'll Do
- •Design and launch Tempo’s customer advocacy program including structure, recruitment, recognition, and measurement
- •Own tech stack decisions for the advocacy program, including evaluating, selecting, and implementing platforms with AI-powered tools
- •Set goals, measure results, and report progress to leadership
- •Work with Customer Success to identify and build relationships with customers who are advocates
- •Develop a diverse mix of advocates across industries, company sizes, and use cases
- •Produce customer content such as case studies, video stories, and testimonials
- •Grow Tempo’s reviews on platforms like G2 and TrustRadius
- •Find and prepare customer speakers for webinars, events, and marketing programs
- •Ensure Sales has the right advocate matched to opportunities automatically
- •Partner with Content, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Sales Enablement to use customer stories across the business
- •Bring customer perspective into organizational conversations
- •Build a community space for Tempo advocates over time
