Requirements
- •8+ years in a growth role at a tech or SaaS company
- •Experience across activation, engagement, retention, and monetization
- •Hands-on work improving trial, purchase, or renewal funnels
- •Familiarity with self-serve and sales-assisted motions in B2B SaaS
- •Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to make decisions
- •Strategic thinking and ability to set vision and strategy
- •Ability to influence without formal authority across cross-functional teams
- •Collaborative with strong relationship-building skills
- •Customer empathy and ability to map user journeys
- •Fluency with AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and V0
- •Experience designing and running experiments
- •Entrepreneurial mindset comfortable with ambiguity
- •Strong communication skills
- •Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field
What You'll Do
- •Identify growth opportunities and set strategy across activation, engagement, retention, and monetization
- •Own roadmap and build alignment with Product, Engineering, and Marketing leadership
- •Partner with core product teams to build shared roadmap and prioritize growth work
- •Design and run growth motions such as onboarding, in-product messaging, cross-sell/upsell to increase engagement and ARR
- •Own the trial-to-paid and renewal funnel to improve conversion and retention
- •Turn data into decisions by reporting on initiative performance
- •Synthesize user insight combining qualitative and quantitative data
- •Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Marketing, and Sales
- •Lead experimentation including A/B and multivariate tests
- •Use AI to evolve growth motions with personalized onboarding and AI-driven messaging
Nice to Have
- •Experience scaling products within Atlassian Marketplace or similar ecosystems
- •Familiarity with in-app messaging platforms such as Appcues
- •Experience with zero-to-one product launches
