    Requirements

    • •5+ years of product management experience including end-to-end ownership of a B2B SaaS or data product for a technical audience
    • •Record of improving adoption, retention, expansion, or revenue with measurable results
    • •Experience taking a product from discovery through launch and growth
    • •Strong judgment in ambiguous markets and ability to make clear investment cases
    • •Deep customer discovery skills including interviews, usage data, prototypes, and live product experiments
    • •Experience designing tests that can disprove product hypotheses
    • •Comfort working with imperfect or inferred data and clear communication of confidence and limitations
    • •Discipline to change roadmap based on customer evidence
    • •Experience building developer tools, engineering intelligence, data and analytics products, AI governance products, or other technically complex enterprise products
    • •Working knowledge of software delivery processes and AI tools in workflows
    • •Data fluency to partner with engineering and analytics on attribution models and reporting
    • •Hands-on use of modern AI tools and understanding of AI product trade-offs
    • •Ability to define trustworthy measures of human and AI-assisted work
    • •History of aligning cross-functional teams around shared outcomes
    • •Clear, concise writing and presentation skills
    • •Credibility with senior technical buyers and curiosity about decision-making processes
    • •Low attachment to own ideas and high commitment to outcomes

    What You'll Do

    • •Own the Workforce Intelligence strategy and roadmap tied to activation, adoption, retention, and revenue
    • •Run continuous discovery with CTOs, VPs of Engineering, engineering managers, and design partners
    • •Turn uncertain customer problems into testable hypotheses and run experiments with real customer data
    • •Lead the evolution of trusted attribution and reporting from AI activity and cost to executive narratives
    • •Develop point of view on agent oversight and governance
    • •Shape tool and model benchmarking reflecting customer's teams and work
    • •Set connector and data strategy across AI providers and related tools
    • •Partner with other Product Managers to create connected customer value
    • •Work with sales, marketing, and customer success on positioning, pricing, packaging, launches, enablement, adoption, and expansion
    • •Define instrumentation and operating metrics for the product and review evidence regularly
    • •Represent Workforce Intelligence with customers, partners, Atlassian, and senior leaders
