Requirements
- •5+ years as a Product Designer working on complex B2B or SaaS products
- •Strong skills in UI design, visual design, and information architecture
- •Ability to connect design to business and user results and prioritize high-impact opportunities
- •Trusted partner to Product and Engineering with strong collaboration and influence skills
- •Comfortable driving strategy and execution independently under ambiguity and shifting priorities
- •Leadership mindset with experience providing feedback, mentorship, and elevating design standards
- •Fluency in applying AI tools consistently across design workflow
- •Proficiency with modern design and collaboration tools (e.g., Figma)
What You'll Do
- •Lead design for complex features and product areas with moderate ambiguity, owning problems end-to-end from discovery through delivery
- •Facilitate strong alignment across design, product, and engineering teams
- •Connect design decisions to measurable user and business outcomes
- •Drive design strategy and execution with minimal guidance
- •Contribute to and help evolve the design system ensuring consistency, accessibility, and scalability
- •Act as a role model for strong design thinking and craft, providing mentorship and feedback
- •Apply AI tools intentionally across the design process to accelerate work and improve outcomes
