    Requirements

    • Track record of shipping LLM-powered features or products
    • Hands-on experience orchestrating agents using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen or equivalent
    • Deep LLM engineering fundamentals including prompt engineering, RAG architectures, function calling, context management, evaluation-driven development
    • Production-quality engineering practices including writing code with tests, code review, CI/CD, and observability
    • Experience with event-driven or streaming data systems such as CDC events and real-time pipelines
    • 5+ years in software engineering with 3+ years focused on AI/ML in production systems
    • Ability to work embedded in a product team

    What You'll Do

    • Ship production AI systems to enterprise customers
    • Develop statistical and ML-based detectors for signal and anomaly detection
    • Build an LLM-powered insight synthesis engine
    • Design a Planning Rules compiler translating natural language to structured parameters
    • Create evaluation and testing frameworks for AI outputs
    • Define MCP tool specifications for domain capabilities
    • Collaborate daily with domain engineers, product managers, and designers

    Nice to Have

    • Experience with AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, or GCP Vertex AI
    • Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or similar agentic frameworks
    • Anomaly detection, time-series analysis, or statistical signal processing
    • Building confidence scoring or calibration systems for AI outputs
    • Experience absorbing work from external partners and improving architectures
    • Proficiency in Kotlin or TypeScript alongside Python
    • Monte Carlo simulation, optimization algorithms, or scheduling systems
    • Background in portfolio management, project management, or resource planning
    • Experience in enterprise SaaS including multi-tenancy, compliance, audit trails
    • Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects
