Requirements

- •Experienced individual contributor who knows how to lead through influence – building credibility and alignment without relying on direct authority.
- •Genuinely AI-savvy: actively use AI tools in work today – to manage workflows, synthesize information, generate reports, and work more efficiently.
- •Comfortable working across both internal and external workstreams, with experience tracking or monitoring readiness across customer- or partner-facing programs.
- •Fluent in Jira and how it’s used to plan and track complex work.
- •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills – able to adapt message for an engineering sync or an executive update.
- •Structured and detail-oriented, but able to balance rigor and speed.
What You'll Do
- •Own end-to-end program management for large-scale product initiatives – new product launches, major releases, and strategic cross-functional programs – from scoping through delivery.
- •Build and maintain master program plans, track milestones and dependencies, and drive accountability across teams to keep initiatives on schedule.
- •Facilitate alignment across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and external partners – translating complexity into clear priorities and next steps.
- •Monitor and report on customer- and partner-facing readiness: tracking enablement milestones, adoption signals, and launch rollout health so nothing lands without the right support in place.
- •Proactively identify risks, surface blockers early, and work with stakeholders to devise and implement contingency plans.
- •Define program success criteria and communicate progress clearly to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders through structured status updates and reporting.
- •Lead post-launch retrospectives to capture what worked, what didn’t, and what the next program should do differently.
