Requirements

What You'll Do
- •Understand customer problems by working directly with property managers and internal teams
- •Build products end-to-end from idea and prototype through frontend, backend, integrations, testing, and deployment
- •Create intuitive user experiences with designers for complex short-term rental operations
- •Create powerful automations to eliminate repetitive work
- •Develop AI-powered features using LLMs and AI agents
- •Build reliable APIs and integrations with platforms like Airbnb, Hostaway, Stripe, Twilio, OpenAI, Google
- •Solve real operational problems such as reservation synchronization, dynamic pricing, smart lock access, automated guest communication, operational forecasting, cleaning and maintenance automation, owner reporting, AI-powered monitoring and alerts
- •Measure and improve features based on customer feedback, product usage, and operational results
- •Build for scale balancing delivery speed, maintainability, security, and reliability
