What You'll Do
- •Serve as the primary point of contact for guests and landlords via chat, email, and phone, delivering fast and effective assistance
- •Guide new landlords and partners through our PMS platform to unlock its full capabilities
- •Troubleshoot operational and technical issues, escalating when needed to ensure uninterrupted workflows
- •Track satisfaction metrics, gather feedback, and identify trends to improve our service and product
- •Work closely with Operations, Product, and Tech to refine processes and elevate the customer journey
- •Spot opportunities to enhance guest experiences and strengthen long-term landlord relationships
