What You'll Do
- •Own a growth channel end to end or run across several channels
- •Set strategy, launch campaigns, and take responsibility for results
- •Generate qualified leads and drive demo bookings through paid ads, SEO, outbound, referrals, and partnerships
- •Understand customers and their needs
- •Run experiments quickly to test and scale what works
- •Use AI for research, copy, targeting, content production, and automation
- •Build funnels and landing pages that convert
- •Work closely with the founder on positioning and messaging
- •Track performance metrics such as lead quality, conversion rates, acquisition costs, and pipeline contribution
Nice to Have
- •Hands-on experience with paid ads, SEO, outbound, content, lifecycle marketing, or partnerships
- •Experience in B2B SaaS, short-term rentals, hospitality technology, or marketing to property managers
