Requirements
- •5+ years of experience managing paid ad campaigns, preferably in a SaaS or e-commerce environment
- •Experience of using AI Agents and implementing and building AI tools and Agents
- •Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
- •Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Blueprint) are highly valued and may be considered in place of a formal degree
- •Equivalent practical experience in paid media or digital marketing will also be considered
- •Proven track record of zero to one with paid media spend, executing creative campaigns
- •Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, or similar
- •Deep understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and performance optimization
- •Experience with landing page optimization and CRO principles
- •Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management
- •Self-starter with a growth mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote team
What You'll Do
- •Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and other relevant platforms
- •Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and performance analysis to maximize ROI
- •Collaborate with agencies, copywriters and designers to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages that convert
- •Creating new sales funnels to sell various products
- •Monitor and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and reporting dashboards
- •Identify new advertising opportunities and emerging trends to keep campaigns competitive and innovative
- •Continuously refine bidding strategies, budget allocations, and targeting parameters to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- •Ensure full funnel alignment between ad campaigns, landing experiences, and conversion goals
- •Stay current with platform updates, algorithm changes, and PPC best practices
