Requirements
- •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- •2+ years experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Integrations, or similar engineering role with customer exposure
- •Strong software engineering fundamentals including ability to write, read, and push production-quality code
- •Experience with RESTful APIs, data formats (JSON, XML), authentication mechanisms (OAuth), and system integrations
- •Comfort discussing architecture, performance trade-offs, SLAs, and failure scenarios with technical audiences
- •Experience managing integrations as projects including coordinating timelines, stakeholders, and technical scope
- •Strong communication skills, active listening, and confidence leading technical conversations with customers
- •Ability to manage multiple parallel integrations and adapt to changing requirements in a fast-paced environment
What You'll Do
- •Support technically complex sales cycles, presenting and defending architecture, APIs, SLAs, and integration capabilities
- •Lead technical discovery sessions, product demos, and proof-of-concepts
- •Maintain and improve demo sandboxes, including building automation for customer use cases
- •Translate customer needs into technical solutions covering APIs, data flows, authentication, and implementation plans
- •Own customer integrations as short-lived technical projects from scoping to delivery, including pushing code
- •Answer deep technical questions from customers about reliability, performance, failure scenarios, and system constraints
- •Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to surface integration challenges and customer-driven improvements
- •Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Nice to Have
- •Experience in B2B SaaS, ad-tech, martech, or data platforms
- •Familiarity with retail, marketplaces, or media monetization
- •Fluency in additional languages beyond English
