Requirements
- •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- •2+ years experience in a customer-facing role in B2B SaaS environment such as technical account management, solutions engineering, integration PM, or similar
- •Strong organizational skills managing multiple high-priority workstreams simultaneously
- •Excellent communication skills for presenting demos and writing clear tickets
- •Comfort with technical concepts, APIs, and integrations without needing to write code
- •High tolerance for pressure and ambiguity
- •Availability to work onsite 4 days per week
What You'll Do
- •Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers throughout their integration journey
- •Lead demos, discovery calls, and ongoing check-ins with confidence and clarity
- •Capture, organize, and triage integration requests from customers and internal teams
- •Maintain a clean, up-to-date backlog for engineering
- •Work closely with engineering and partnerships teams to translate customer needs into actionable requirements
- •Keep stakeholders aligned throughout execution
- •Own the demo experience for integration capabilities
- •Speak technically and credibly about integrations
- •Synthesize customer feedback into structured insights to inform integration priorities
- •Keep integration projects on schedule
- •Own timelines, flag risks early, and drive resolution when projects get stuck
