Requirements
- •1+ years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or similar outbound sales role, ideally in SaaS, AdTech, or B2B tech
- •Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- •Experience with outbound sales at scale including sequences, cold calls, and LinkedIn prospecting with proven results
- •Strong written and verbal communication skills adaptable to different buyers and contexts
- •Ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- •Resilience and ability to treat rejection as data, not defeat
- •Commercial intuition about why businesses buy
- •Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems
- •Location: Hybrid, Boston based with travel required for events and field activations
What You'll Do
- •Drive outbound pipeline through multi-channel prospecting including Hubspot email sequences, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold calls
- •Conduct strategic research on target accounts to understand business models, pain points, and buying signals
- •Lead discovery conversations to qualify and convert prospects, communicating company value clearly
- •Test and iterate on outreach messaging to improve effectiveness
- •Represent the brand at industry events, activations, and field initiatives, including travel
- •Manage pipeline end-to-end in HubSpot CRM with clean data and strong follow-through
- •Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to surface insights and sharpen messaging

- •Familiarity with retail, marketplaces, or media monetization
- •Fluency in additional languages beyond English
