What You'll Do
- •Own relationships with strategic clients, supporting onboarding, growth, optimization, and long-term success on Topsort’s platform
- •Learn how modern retail media and marketplace monetization works — including sponsored ads, auction systems, ad relevance, and performance strategy
- •Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and help translate them into actionable platform strategies
- •Analyze campaign and marketplace performance data to identify opportunities, risks, and growth recommendations
- •Partner cross-functionally with product, engineering, support, and commercial teams to solve problems quickly and drive customer outcomes
- •Lead client conversations, performance reviews, and strategic discussions with confidence and clarity
- •Become a trusted advisor to clients while helping shape the future of retail media infrastructure
