Requirements
- •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- •5+ years of experience in Implementation, Solutions Engineering, Technical Program Management, or Post Sales leadership within SaaS, Ad Tech or Retail Media environments
- •Track record of leading 20 plus enterprise implementations from technical discovery through launch, activation, and early expansion
- •Experience building or significantly improving onboarding systems, playbooks, and frameworks
- •Confidence operating in ambiguity and ability to turn loosely defined objectives into structured execution plans
- •Strong enterprise presence with ability to push back on scope creep while maintaining customer trust and long term relationships
- •Solid technical fluency including comfort discussing APIs, data flows, integration architecture, and implementation trade offs
- •Systems oriented mindset thinking beyond individual launches toward repeatable and scalable infrastructure
- •Experience mentoring or leveling up junior team members and contributing to team design
What You'll Do
- •Drive major customer integrations from technical discovery through launch and activation
- •Define timelines, milestones, and launch criteria while managing scope creep
- •Own predictable, high quality enterprise go lives
- •Build standardized onboarding frameworks, playbooks, checklists, and launch service levels
- •Reduce variability across regions and customers
- •Transition execution from hero based delivery to a repeatable implementation machine
- •Translate commercial commitments into structured integration plans in partnership with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer teams
- •Align stakeholders, manage trade offs, and ensure implementation capacity scales with revenue growth
- •Act as the first line of technical triage to reduce unnecessary engineering escalations
- •Improve documentation, integration clarity, and structured intake processes
- •Support new formats, geographies, and product modules as scoped implementations
- •Mentor and level up junior PMs
- •Define the future hiring roadmap for Implementation
- •Build toward a 3 to 5 person organization
- •Establish clear performance indicators around time to value, launch predictability, and implementation throughput
