Requirements
- •8+ years in B2B marketing with at least 2–3 years leading or co-leading a marketing function
- •Experience at a technical B2B SaaS or infrastructure company with knowledge of APIs, SDKs, and product architecture
- •Proven track record across both enterprise and mid-market go-to-market motions
- •Strong product marketing instincts with ability to write positioning documents, one-pagers, and pitch decks
- •Experience building or scaling demand generation programs with measurable pipeline contribution
- •Hands-on experience with brand, content, and communications
- •Experience building or nurturing a developer or technical community (strong plus)
- •Data-driven with ability to set targets, track metrics, and adjust quickly
- •Exceptional writing and communication skills
What You'll Do
- •Own Topsort's narrative, positioning, and messaging architecture across all segments and personas
- •Translate complex technical capabilities into crisp, compelling value propositions for enterprise buyers and mid-market operators
- •Drive product launches end-to-end from internal alignment to market rollout
- •Design and scale a demand generation engine that generates qualified pipeline across both enterprise and mid-market
- •Own the full funnel: awareness, consideration, conversion with clear attribution and reporting
- •Work closely with Sales to align on ICP, messaging, and pipeline targets
- •Build and optimize campaigns across paid, owned, and partner channels
- •Define and protect Topsort's brand voice and visual identity as the company scales
- •Own thought leadership strategy positioning Topsort and its leadership as voices in retail media and ad tech
- •Manage PR and earned media relationships and drive coverage in relevant trade and business press
- •Ensure consistency across all external touchpoints
- •Build and grow a community of builders, operators, and partners around Topsort's platform
- •Own developer-facing content and communications including docs, newsletters, product updates, community channels
- •Partner with Product and Engineering to create content that resonates with technical buyers and champions
- •Identify and activate community advocates and early adopters
- •Lead and grow a small marketing team and hire strategically as the function scales
- •Own the marketing budget and allocate for impact
- •Build the systems, tools, and processes that let the team move fast without breaking things
