Requirements
- •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, engineering or related field from top schools
- •3+ years of experience in front-end development, ideally in B2B SaaS or platform product
- •Deep expertise in React and modern JavaScript (ES2020+), with strong fundamentals in HTML and CSS
- •Experience with front-end build tooling such as Webpack, Vite, Babel, NPM
- •Strong instincts around responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and web performance optimization
- •Comfort working with RESTful APIs and async data patterns
- •Experience with Git-based workflows and CI/CD pipelines
- •Portfolio or project examples showing ability to take projects from concept to production
- •Excellent communication skills to explain technical tradeoffs and design decisions
What You'll Do
- •Build and own core product features from initial component design to deployment across advertiser dashboard, retailer console, and analytics surfaces
- •Translate complex auction and analytics data into clear, performant, and interactive UI experiences for non-technical users
- •Develop and maintain front-end component library with reusable, accessible, and well-documented components
- •Collaborate with designers to implement pixel-perfect interfaces from Figma and provide constructive feedback
- •Integrate with backend APIs and real-time data streams, designing clean data contracts and handling edge cases
- •Champion web performance including Core Web Vitals, lazy loading strategies, and bundle optimization
- •Ensure accessibility and cross-browser compatibility across the product
- •Participate in architecture discussions and provide opinions on the stack
- •Write unit tests, integration tests, and maintain quality of shipped code
Nice to Have
- •Experience with Next.js or server-side rendering (SSR/ISR)
- •Familiarity with TypeScript and typed component systems
- •Experience building data-heavy dashboards or real-time UIs
- •Contributions to open-source projects or work on high-traffic web applications
- •Background in adtech, retail media, or marketplace platforms
