Requirements

What You'll Do
- •Partner with leadership team on strategic and operational initiatives across the business
- •Drive special projects from idea to execution, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring follow-through
- •Analyze business performance, identify opportunities, and help inform decision-making
- •Build processes, systems, and documentation that help the company scale
- •Support cross-functional initiatives across Operations, Product, Go-to-Market, and Engineering teams
- •Conduct research, gather data, and turn findings into actionable recommendations
- •Help solve operational bottlenecks and improve how teams work together
- •Take ownership of projects that don't fit neatly into a single department but are critical to company growth
