Requirements
- •2+ years of proven success in media sales, ideally within a digital agency, CPG brand, or a retailer with a retail media component
- •A consistent history of meeting and exceeding sales targets with full ownership over deal outcomes and complex cycles
- •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- •Strong structured thinking and the ability to navigate complex organizations with ease
- •Full professional proficiency in both English and Spanish
- •An entrepreneurial spirit comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth scale-ups
- •A team-oriented professional who is curious, eager to learn, and thrives in a remote-friendly, evolving environment
- •Willingness and eagerness to travel regionally and internationally to engage with clients and represent the brand at industry events
What You'll Do
- •Generate pipeline of media agencies and CPG brands across the Latin America Region
- •Drive sales growth for Topsort's demand-side product, Toppie, by engaging in strategic conversations with retailers and agencies
- •Develop brand partnerships and media plans while maintaining close collaboration with partners on the supply-side
- •Attend various industry events, trade shows and be an active voice of Toppie in Latin America
- •Build product knowledge and become a subject matter expert on Topsort’s entire product stack, including retail media platform, ad serving APIs, and demand-side product Toppie
Nice to Have
- •Experience in B2B SaaS, ad-tech, martech, or data platforms
- •Familiarity with retail, marketplaces, or media monetization
- •Fluency in additional languages beyond English
