Requirements
- •4–7 years of experience in investment banking, investing, consulting, or finance at a high-growth tech company
- •Experience supporting revenue-driving or customer-facing teams (Sales, Marketing, RevOps, or CS) preferred
- •Expert-level Excel and Google Sheets modeling skills
- •Clarity and polish in writing and presentations
- •Experience with planning cycles (monthly, quarterly, annual)
- •Comfort with working independently and proactively driving outcomes
- •Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration preferred
What You'll Do
- •Lead monthly and quarterly forecasting and reporting rhythms with deep ownership of GTM forecasts
- •Own budget-vs-actuals updates for GTM functions, identifying variances
- •Develop board-ready materials and compelling financial narratives for executive reviews
- •Support comprehensive top-down and bottoms-up financial planning including sales capacity modeling and quota planning
- •Build models and templates to inform GTM investment decisions
- •Drive strategic projects such as pricing and packaging, sales compensation economics, vendor optimization, and ROI analysis
- •Assist with investor reporting and fundraising, articulating GTM strategy and unit economics
