Requirements
- •Strong organizational and people-management skills, with experience coordinating contractors, vendors, or large distributed teams
- •Background in operations, people ops, program coordination, or similar roles where execution and follow-through are critical
- •Excellent communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally
- •High attention to detail and a bias toward building repeatable, scalable processes
- •Self-starter mindset with the ability to operate independently in a fast-moving environment
- •Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools in order to create more efficient processes
What You'll Do
- •Collect and assess blockchain intelligence data by partnering with Intelligence team members
- •Recruit, train, and manage a global network of research contractors
- •Create clear processes and expectations to ensure consistent, high-quality data collection
- •Monitor contractor performance and provide feedback, support, and optimization to get the best results from a distributed team
- •Ensure data collected by contractors is accurately and efficiently entered into internal systems
- •Act as a key operational connector between stakeholders and intelligence teams
