Requirements
- •5 years of sales experience with minimum 3 years in mid-market, major account or strategic sales
- •Expertise in managing or leading quantitative, highly analytical products and solutions
- •Accountable for relationship management, cross sells, upsells and solutions consulting
- •Comfortable working with business and technical leaders and building partnerships
- •Analytical account development strategy using data to find opportunities and prove value
- •Track record of managing business forecasts and financial models
- •Entrepreneurial mindset with process definition and program building
- •Record of delivering revenue and gross profit results for large-scale and enterprise customers
- •Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- •Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
What You'll Do
- •Manage and expand Financial Services and Health & Life Sciences customer accounts
- •Develop, drive, and execute account strategy to deliver revenue, gross margin, and gross profit results
- •Identify new revenue opportunities within assigned account portfolio
- •Serve on cross-functional account teams with product, finance, support, and services
- •Run disciplined forecasts and present guidance to executive management
- •Conduct highly consultative sales cycles with large customers focusing on discovery and customer needs
- •Generate and maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecast using Salesforce
- •Establish as a trusted subject matter expert and share industry updates with sales organization
Nice to Have
- •Experience with telecom companies including CPAAS, SMS aggregators, carriers, or global communications platforms
- •Domain expertise in quantitative industries such as DevOps, Fintech, Health & Life Sciences, advertising optimization, investment banking, security or commodity trading
- •Software, SaaS, CPaas or PaaS selling experience
- •Experience leading complex opportunities with Financial Services and Health & Life Sciences customers
