Requirements
- •Actively working on or have a Bachelor level degree in Graphic Design or 1-3 years of work experience in a design-related field
- •Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and composition
- •Early mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- •Attention to detail for alignment, spelling, and brand accuracy
- •Growth mindset with a hunger to learn, positive attitude toward feedback, and ability to manage multiple small tasks simultaneously
- •Portfolio or work samples demonstrating design thinking and execution
What You'll Do
- •Assist Senior Designers and Art Directors in the production of high-quality visual assets for digital, social, and print platforms
- •Learn and apply Twilio’s brand guidelines rigorously to maintain brand consistency
- •Take direction and feedback from creative leads to iterate on designs from concept to final delivery
- •Prepare files for production including resizing assets, styling presentations, and organizing creative libraries
- •Participate in creative brainstorms and team meetings with a builder mindset
