Requirements
- •10 years of full cycle sales experience
- •Minimum 3 years managing or leading quantitative highly analytical products or solutions
- •Direct experience selling technical SaaS or CPaaS
- •Experience with outbound prospecting into install base and greenfield prospecting into new accounts
- •Technical solutions selling experience
- •Comfortable working with business and technical leaders
- •Analytical account development strategy using data
- •Experience managing business forecasts and financial models
- •Entrepreneurial mindset with process definition and program building
- •Record of delivering market driven results to scale and enterprise customers
- •Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- •Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
What You'll Do
- •Drive new customer acquisition with assigned quota for incremental Account Contract Value (iACV)
- •Own highly analytical and consultative sales cycles to win business in competitive vendor sourcing cycles with Twilio’s messaging, voice and email solutions
- •Work with customers across assigned verticals to understand their business and technical requirements and design solutions
- •Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Pricing, and Operations to design mutually beneficial contracts
- •Present complex contractual, technical, and financial details to prospects
- •Manage multiple projects and deals simultaneously
- •Partner cross functionally with sales, services, product, and finance to develop territory strategies and sales plans
- •Act as the voice of the customer to Twilio’s product and carrier relations teams
- •Stay updated on CPaaS industry initiatives and new capabilities
- •Generate and maintain accurate pipeline and forecast using Salesforce
- •Collaborate with team and peers to share best practices
Nice to Have
- •Experience working with telecom companies including CPAAS, SMS aggregators, carriers, or global communications platforms
- •Domain expertise in quantitative industries such as DevOps, Fintech, advertising optimization, investment banking, security or commodity trading
- •Experience selling Software, SaaS, CPaaS or PaaS
