Requirements
- •At least 1 year of lead generating experience in a technical SaaS/CPaaS space with top performance
- •Understanding or interest in cloud computing/communications business model
- •Excitement for selling to a technical audience using a solution-oriented approach

- •Strong written and verbal communication skills

What You'll Do
- •Drive lead qualification and nurturing of Twilio.org’s named account customers across community & social services, healthcare, education, and the public sector
- •Be responsible for net new customer acquisition and driving new revenue while maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction
- •Work with customers to understand their business and technical requirements and design solutions using Twilio’s communications API platform
- •Add net new contacts to Salesforce for existing accounts
- •Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to address customer requirements and advise on digital communication strategies
- •Drive deals forward, remove obstacles, find best solutions for customers, and recommend process improvements
- •Develop expertise in social impact, nonprofit, and public sector markets to help prospective customers
- •Communicate complex technical and financial details simply
- •Balance competing priorities and manage multiple projects/deals simultaneously
