Requirements

•Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management in SaaS, IaaS or PaaS
•Proven track record of leading successful product launches and driving product strategies
•Command of analytical thinking skills with the ability to use quantitative and qualitative data to make product decisions, get executive buy-in, and drive towards measurable outcomes
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels and present effectively to internal and external stakeholders
•Strong technical, analytical, and UI/UX design understanding and the ability to dive deep while also keeping perspective on the big picture goals
•Initiative, ownership, and accountability to decode vague priorities, manage conflicting inputs, and drive initiatives forward against ambiguous and complex challenges
•Bachelor in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience

•Develop, communicate, generate excitement for and obtain buy-in of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap that aligns with the company's goals and objectives
•Lead cross-functional teams to drive planning, design, development, and launch of products that execute on the vision
•Deeply understand customer needs and collaborate with engineering and UX to translate into product requirements and use stories
•Define key metrics to evaluate product performance, constantly analyzing data to inform product decisions and measure success
•Manage relationships and expectations with a wide range of cross-functional stakeholders at all levels of the organization
•Mentor junior PMs on product management best practices and support their professional development
•Conduct regular data-driven business reviews that analyze product execution and revenue/market accomplishments
