What You'll Do
- •Create compelling, on-brand content showcasing customers, capabilities, and culture
- •Manage social channels including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and help launch TikTok
- •Help execute editorial calendar and campaigns
- •Manage employee advocacy program, equipping global and regional teams to share content
- •Engage and build community of technical developers, consumers, and business decision makers daily
- •Collaborate with key company stakeholders on goals for campaigns, product releases, events, and other initiatives
- •Contribute to mission of building the world’s leading customer engagement platform by showing what’s possible with it
- •Create interesting, engaging content for top executives
- •Perform analysis and use data to prove program growth and success
- •Constantly experiment and test new tactics to reach new audiences
- •Partner with Employee Brand team to help tell stories of employees to external audiences
