Requirements
- •8+ years experience in sales operations, business operations, and strategy consulting in SaaS
- •Experience managing direct reports and setting team operating processes and OKRs
- •Experience developing and running sales operating rhythms such as forecasting, MBRs, and QBRs
- •Completed at minimum 3-5 cycles in annual planning
- •Experience in analytical processing, problem-solving, synthesizing ideas, and written and verbal communication
- •Excellent communication and presentation skills
- •Strong collaboration and partner management skills
- •Resilient and adaptive

What You'll Do
- •Manage the performance of the NAMER sales region team
- •Conduct team 1:1 meetings to set and evaluate performance goals
- •Manage the GTM operating rhythms for NAMER including forecast calls, pipeline management, QBRs, sales performance
- •Gather and aggregate sales health indicators and performance dashboards
- •Develop insightful discussion documents for quarterly business reviews
- •Manage sales forecasting, pipeline hygiene, monitoring sales activity and resolving risks
- •Plan cycles focusing on territory carving and account-level targets
- •Develop in-region GTM strategies to drive revenue growth
- •Pull ad-hoc reports to address business needs and drive insights
- •Establish clear roles and responsibilities with GTM Strategy & Operations peers
